Short list. Strictly kept.

These are the same rules pinned in the Discord. Reacting to them there is what unlocks the server, and booking here means you agree to them too.

GP only, in game.
No real-money, crypto, gift cards, account trades or gold swaps. Mentioning it gets you removed.

Pay the GP Collector only.
One named staff member takes payment, inside your ticket. Anyone else asking for GP is a scammer.

Book through a ticket.
Prices, times and teams are agreed in your ticket so there is a record for both sides.

Bring what we agree on.
Gear and supplies are checked before the raid. Turning up without them forfeits the slot.

Listen to your team.
Carries call the raid. Follow calls in voice and chat and the run goes smoothly for everyone.

No toxicity.
Towards clients, carries or anyone else. We are here to get you a KC, not to flame.

No advertising or poaching.
Do not sell your own services or recruit for other servers here.

Respect client privacy.
Never name who booked, who paid or who was carried, in or out of the server.

Privacy

Nobody needs to know you booked a team.

Tickets are numbered, never named. Only you and staff can see yours.
Carry and coaching voice channels are invisible to other members. Staff move you in from the Waiting Room, so there is no public join.
Completed-raid logs and the staff schedule use ticket numbers only.
Vouches can be posted anonymously by staff on your behalf.
This site stores your RSN and Discord name only so staff can find you. It is never shown to other users.

One thing Discord does not let anyone hide is the member list. If you want to be invisible there, join under a nickname. Questions? Ask in the Discord.
